The decree of the Ministry of Transport and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the approval of the criteria and procedure for determining international cargo transportation by road" No. 3194 of November 8, 2019 established the criteria for determining the type of international cargo transportation by freight transport.
In accordance with the decree, the following types of international transport of goods in freight vehicles are distinguished:
- bilateral transportation;
- transit transportation;
- transportation to the territory of a third state or from the territory of a third state.
Also, according to the decree, the procedure for determining the type of international cargo transportation is carried out on the basis of the Regulation on the procedure for determining the exchange quota, distribution, issuance and use of permits for international road transportation.
